Return Policy
The item(s) being returned must be in the same condition as was sent, except the packaging that might have been opened. Any item that has been altered or damaged by the customer will not be refunded. If a package is returned by the courier because of non-receipt by the customer, return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Return items must be received within 45 days of the original ship date. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to Honour Bags Manufacturing Company. Once Honour Bags Manufacturing Company receives and accepts the returned item(s), the customer will receive a full refund on the item(s) less delivery. Honour Bags Manufacturing Company will only reimburse the cost of return shipping where a product was shipped with defects or damages from the company.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customercare@honourbagsmanufacturingcompany.com or call +254741742132 for a Return Acknowledgement and reference code. Have the order number and transaction details when you call for a return.
Be sure to repack your item as close to the manner it was sent as it is possible. You will be held liable for any items that are damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging or mishandling on the customer’s part.
Returns take 5-7 business days to process after we receive them.
International Returns
If you are returning an order internationally, you are responsible for shipping, duties, taxes and brokerage fees. Sometimes these charges are invoiced by the carrier well after returns have been processed. We reserve the right to bill these fees even after credits for merchandise are made. Honour Bags Manufacturing Company will only reimburse the cost of return shipping where a product was shipped with defects or damages from the company
Packages that are refused at delivery without any lawful reason will not be accepted by Honour Bags Manufacturing Company. If arrangements for receiving a delivery are not made by the customer within the courier’s allotted timeframe, such packages are deemed abandoned and will stand forfeited by the customer. If the customer refuses a deliver without any lawful grounds, no refund will be made by Honour Bags Manufacturing Company. If the customer wishes to return ordered goods, the customer must receive the delivery package and then commence the return process through the Return Merchandise Acknowledgement channel.
Items That May Not Be Returned
Items that have worn out due to ordinary use, have been damaged due to misuse, items that have been tampered with or otherwise voided of warranties by the customer.
Warranties
General Warranties
Refer to the item’s product page for full warranty information. If no warranty is listed, Honour Bags Manufacturing Company directly warrants all products under normal use for 30 days from date of shipping. Should you experience a problem within 30 days of the item being shipped, please contact us by phone, email. Any defective or damaged items that are eligible for returns must be returned to Honour Bags Manufacturing Company before a replacement or repair can be return shipped. Shipping charges both ways are the customer’s responsibility except where Honour Bags Manufacturing Company or the courier company are responsible for the damages or defects. Mercandise that have been misused will not be replaced or refunded. Honour Bags Manufacturing Company’s liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.
